HeliScope PNG has now opened a base in Alotau, Milne Bay.

The official launch was earlier in November to coincide with the Kenu & Kundu Festival and arrival of the P&O cruise ships. HeliScope received the support of the Hon. Charles Abel, Minister for National Planning (pictured being interviewed by tvwan crew), the Hon. Tobias Kulang, Minister for Tourism, Arts & Culture, (pictured) and Mr Jerry Agus, CEO, PNG Tourism Promotion Authority.

HeliScope PNG delivers ball and officials for Digicel Cup Grand Final
Sept 3, 2016 - HeliScope PNG was proud to deliver the game ball and officials, including the PNG Sports Minister the Hon. Justin Tkatchenko, MP. to the Digicel Cup Final at Sir John Guise Stadium.

The Lae Snax Tigers snatched their first grand final win after defeating last year’s premiership holders the Agmark Rabaul Gurias 14-8.

HeliScope looks forward to further supporting PNG Rugby.




HeliScope PNG continues support of Buk bilong Pikinini
HeliScope PNG made book deliveries to Alivo Primary and Elementary school at Lapunum Village, east of Kandrian on the south coast of West New Britain. HeliScope PNG is proud to support Buk Bilong Pikinini, and looks forward to seeing more children receive their packages of books this year.

Buk bilong Pikinini is an independent not-for-profit organisation based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, which aims to establish children's libraries and foster a love of reading and learning. In PNG there are few functioning libraries outside the school system and most children do not have access to books at all.

HeliScope PNG's second AS350 arrives in Port Moresby
August 2015: HeliScope PNG's second AS350 was ferried to Port Moresby. The AS350 is a time-proven aircraft for PNG's environment and work scope.

This machine has been fully refurbished in Sydney with all the necessary modifications to make it the perfect work-horse for PNG, while airconditioning and upgraded seating offer unparalleled comfort for our clients.




HeliScope PNG working with Coffey International and AusAID
HeliScope PNG recently delivered AID materials to construct several buildings in Kanga, including a much needed medical centre. Kanga Village is North West of Kokoda, PNG.

HeliScope PNG takes part in Pacific Games Baton Relay
May 2015: HeliScope was fortunate enough to take-part in the Oil Search Pacific Games Relay. As a lead-up to the 2015 Pacific Games, the baton will travel across PNG for 100 days. The baton will travel by land, sea and air to reach each of the 22 provinces, before finishing its journey at the Opening Ceremony, in Port Moresby, on 4 July 2015.

Construction of HeliScope PNG Maintenance facility in Napa Napa
HeliScope PNG is currently building a maintenance facility in partnership with Avenell Engineering Systems Ltd at Ravuvu Business  Park, Port Moresby. HeliScope PNG will be the sole Helicopter service provider to business park tenants.
           
HeliScope PNG will gain Maintenance Operators Certificate (MOC) Part 145 authorizing aircraft maintenance and services  to be offered to other operators.
